Saw this ep today and when I saw the "files and records" actress, she looked really familiar. Then, she smiled and then I knew who she is:

She's "Flo" from the Progressive Insurance commercials here in the U.S.!

Stephanie Courtney. She used to be in The Groundlings, and had a recurring role on "Mad Men."
