Gwens powers

I know that Gwen has lightining powers, but does anyone know exactly what 'lighting powers' means? I mean, does she summon a bolt of lightining from the sky? Or can she fire electrical bolts from her body or something like that? I was just wondering, hope someone knows the answer.

its not that she can summon them or something i think its just that for some reason she has an electrical charge...its not neccessarily a power, but s defect of some sort that shes learned to control....i dunno thats what i got from the episode...

I think Gwen is going to show up again later on in the season...I hope they don't just introduce a cool character like that and walk away. No one ever explained jump starting Angel's dead heart!

Well Maybe I can explain, it's a biological prosses, the body uses small amounts of electricity to contract muscles, so I think since hearts are also muscles, Angel's heart beaten, because of the electricity.
