Halloween plans?

I was wondering what everyone will be doing for halloween. Don't be shy, go into detail.

I will be home with my hunny doing all the things you should on halloween. I will be making different kinds of cakes shaped like pumpkins and ghosts and then adding some art to make em look neat. Watching scary movies atleast two weeks before hand and then of course watching scary movies on halloween. Movies that will be on tv and movies I have ie, Halloween series, Nightmare on Elm and Friday the 13th. And then a few others, flight of the living dead, hope it's good, etc. Whatever else that the tv shows. And even tho I am an adult I still will be watching: Halloweentown and Halloweentown II and Return to Halloweentown. It is a tradition. And my favorite, Elvira Mistress of the Dark and who could leave out the Rockey Horror Picture Show? Seriously!

Anya and Lulu will be dressed up, Anya like a princess (so cute) and Lulu as a pumpkin. Yes we torture our dogs. Phoenix (our cat) will be a spider. Well actually it's just a spider collar cause good luck getting him to keep the costume on.

I'm supposed to have a night class on Halloween. But, I have the same teacher earlier in the day for Film History (We're appropriately watching Dracula in that class!) so I'm going to just tell him I can't make it that night.
Usually my friend and I hang out with a lot of people on Halloween and make a big deal out of it, but we've decided we're sick of most of the people we know lately so we're inviting a few people over to her house to just hang out, watch movies, whatever.
We sort of wanted to go out trick or treating or something but her mom's birthday is on Halloween so she's all, "No, you need to stay home." to my friend.
However, my birthday is next week and my whole life, I have started celebrating Halloween on my birthday all through the rest of October. Once my birthday comes, I start buying Halloween toys and getting out the decorations, watching scary movies, wearing silly black and orange hair accessories, you know, all that stuff.
So Halloween really lasts 16 days for me. =D
But I think for the actual day of Halloween it's going to just end up being me, my best friend, her boyfriend, and a couple of our close friends just hanging out watching movies.
Or maybe we'll go "vampire hunting" but the last time we did that, we got questioned by the cops, haha.
 
Well for me, im using the excuse of taking my little sister trick or treating, but really i just want candy hehe...I'll also be doing the usual a couple of weeks before, movies and all, other then that nothing big planned, my friend might have a Halloween party so might go to that. I was gonna have soccer practice, cause wensdays is one of the days we practce but the coach is being cool about it and canceled it. Its also my cousins birthday, so ill be calling since she lives far away, and saying happy birthday....and anything else, we'll have to see what comes up
 
I haven't really done anything for Halloween at all since I was 14, some years I just didn't care, one year I was moving in to my new house, and other years I want to do something but my friends and I just never come up with plans.

This year though I'm supposed to maybe go to a haunted house with some people. And whether we do that or not we're definitely getting completely wasted.
 
Well ill be working sometime that day 9 times out of 10 lol but the great thing is we're gonna be doing a photoshoot thing. See i work at Happy Harry's as a photo specialist and all the happy harry's are going to be setting up a back drop and decorations and if you bring your kid in on the day they do it you get a free picture... so i've gotta decorate for that and i gotta wear a costume and hand out candy and stuff so it should be fun,. then afterwards later that night me and my boyfriend are going to his friends halloween costume party where there will be tons of alcoholic pleasures awaiting us and dancing and music and friends and TONS OF CANDY 😀

I'm hopefully going to a party, but it's not on Halloween it's the weekend before, since the actual day is a work day for me! I have NO ideas for a costume, tho.
 
I am having a party on the weekend before halloween and I am dressing up as Drusilla. I am pretty excited. Then on the actual night of halloween I am having one friend to spend the night and we are going to watch Buffy and hand out candy in our costumes. It should be fun. (of course we are watching all the halloween buffy Episodes) and then maybe Rocky Horror too.
 
Gonna be working all day, and in a toy shop, Halloween is a busy day, and then we all head to the pub for the last proper night out together we'll have before Christmas. We usually come to work in costume that day, but I have to say, I'm really bloody stuck for ideas this year...

Me and epo are planninga party here in our apartment. I've never really celebrated halloween before (wasn't big here when I was a kid etc..) but these last few years I've really wanted to, and now we finally are. We haven't decided what we're going to dress up as yet though, hm.
 
For the third year in a row we're having a big costume party for the kids, which means 20+ kids from 4.30-7.00pm, then we get an hour break till 8.00pm as our eldest son is having a party from 8.00pm-10.00pm for his birthday!

Can't wait till next year when it will fall on a Friday, and we can have a proper party for the adults 😀

Costume this year is going to either be a Bad Gothic Fairy, or Fallen Angel.....haven't quite decided yet! 🙂 I have the material, & the wig though, so just need to decide which to make. 🙂

The whole ground floor of the house will get decorated - we have serveral large boxes full of decorations and that to put up - takes my hubby about 3 or 4 days to actually put it all up 'lol'

I love that Gothic Fairy....I have some boots that would work for that look!

I thought about getting a shallow cardboard box, filling it up with spiderwebs and going as a "web server." You know, I could make a strap to go around my neck, like the people that serve food and beers at sports events. OR, I could get a clear plastic bag, fill it up with white balloons and go as Cloud Nine. Hmmmmmm.

Yeah I haven't really celebrated Halloween before, but like Joamna said, we're having a party, inviting everyone we know in Stockholm (which honestly isn't crazy many people).

I dunno what I'll dress up as though 🙁
 
I might either stay home and watch horror movies, go to a haunted house, or go to a halloween party. I haven't decided yet. I'm leaning towards the staying in though.
 
LOL! They probably will go trick or treating, just around the neighborhood. My daughter's been working on a costume, but I don't think the son is. BUT...the party's on the weekend before, so I'll be home for Halloween, handing out candy for all the little goblins and witches!
