Halloween!

Nothing exciting. Just staying home with the kids, watching kiddie Halloween movies on Netflix, and having dinner. I've planned for Mummy Dogs, Worm Burgers, and Witch's Hands for the main course. Should cover everyone's likes and dislikes.
 
No plans finalized yet, but I'm sure I'll take my older child trick-or-treating. The Saturday before we'll probably get dressed up and go to the bar for the band and costume contest. Not sure wheat I'm going to be yet, but "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" was on yesterday, so I might look into Jessica RAbbit costumes.

Yes, we'll see how revealing I want to be as we get closer. Depends on how much baby weight I can lose by then! One of my "online" friends used that costume when she was in high school and it was really cute. Maybe I'll even dye my hair. *GASP* Haha. My husband does tend to like redheads...(He likes Willow when I make him watch. Haha.)
 
I'm really excited for Halloween also! I've changed my BB background to the Halloween one today 😛

I still need to figure out what I'm going to dress up as, but I'm going to a friends house for a party and all my good friends will be there so it will definitely be fun!! I'm also starting my horror movie marathon 😀
I'm just going to watch scary movies every night if I have time. I love this holiday!

I was planning on watching some kind of horror/Halloween-themed movie every day in October. 😀 I also like to watch a Christmas movie every day in December, but that's a whole other story. 😉

And same! I changed my skin to the Halloween one the other day. I love Halloween. 😀
 
we'ver rented a theatre and are debuting an album based on the episodes of season 1. right now trying to get the word spread. [ahem cough cough] i can't post the url since i'm new to this forum. (if you want to type it in, it's "ostiuminfernum dot com".)

it's been a massive undertaking (for us) but a wonderful labour of love. actually, we're performing it halloween weekend and not officially halloween night, but you know.

seriously, any help letting people know about this would be eternally appreciated.

we're being cereal.

halloween is my favourite holiday 😀
i always carve pumpkins with my dad when i'm home.
and i like to watch all of the buffy halloween episodes.
this year i'm trying to decide between three costumes: snape, bellatrix, or a weeping angel from doctor who. snape looks like it'll be the cheapest so probably go with that.

I think that's an awesome idea to decorate your room for Halloween! Around Christmas time, I hang Christmas lights around my bedroom window and it glows beautifully at night. 😀

I did lights too, had them in my window and even had little ornaments specifically for my room hanging on my ceiling fan. BTW I love your avatar & sig theme (Tara rocks)
 
Well, I suggested to my husband that we got as Eddie Valiant and Jessica Rabbit. He's never seen the movie (yeah, I know. He is pop-culture ignorant) so he googled it and decided we should do that.

So, I re-signed up for Weight Watchers this morning and am debating whether to get a red wig or try wash out hair dye. 🙂
 
My friend invited me to go to her house on Halloween where us and a few friends will be watching scary movies and stuff. It sounds really fun, but I was really looking forward to staying home with my fam and handing out candy. We used to live in an apartment, so I haven't been able to hand out candy in like 6 years. I haven't made up my mind yet.... 😕
 
This year I have 2 halloween parties to attend. I am going as....

Can't go wrong with a classic
Since I'm all preggo, we probably won't go to any halloween parties. I am running my last marathon pre-baby on the 30th, so I'll dress up silly for that (why not run in a tutu?) We are taking the munchkin to the pumpkin patch and carving pumpkins and of course we will take him trick-or-treating. 🙂
