Hallowhedon 4

Hopefully, fingers crossed, I'm going to get to go to Hallowhedon this year. My friends want to go too, so pretty much only thing holding me back is money, but if I can pull it together I would so love to go! I've never been to a convention before though so I only really know what they're like through some other friends who've been to Supernatural and Glee ones. But yeah, I really wanna go. Not even so much for the guests (not that they won't make me go all asdkahdsfgdsj) but I just hear the atmosphere and the fellow fans are amazing?

Also, people who have been, how much money did you end up spending? Like not just including tickets and photos but just in general once you were there?

It really varies on if you want extra autos, or photos, then there is the dealer's room, which you could spend a lot it if you wanted too! Of course there is food to pay for and the bar isn't cheap either if you drink (I drink the free water!) I always go far a regular tick so spend around £50 on photos then between £50 -100 on other things, never really sure what though!

That doesn't sound as bad as I thought. Perhaps eating and drinking elsewhere is a good plan :p
I spent about £60 on photos as I got a standard ticket. The rest of my money went on food (you could bring some bits with you to keep costs down maybe?) I brought some drinks with me and some snacks. I bought 1 drink at the bar and that put me off so was on the water the rest of the weekend! Hope you can come 🙂

So I guess he's going this year since last year he was all the way over here in little old New Zealand on Hallowedon weekend.
I just saw! Eeeeee man I really need to go to this! I get a bursary in a week or so, it might have to be saved for this rather than studenty things 😛 Weirdly I never thought about him when I was thinking of top people I'd like to see as a guest but actually now I think about it I bet he'd be pretty awesome!!
 
I've booked that weekend off work! I've already met Nick but he was a great guest when I met him that I don't mind seeing him again!
 
I've decided if Eliza or Charisma goes I'm there (funds pending) but tbh it would have to be a character I really loved to warrant spending all that money.

Eliza is doing Invasion in May so it's very unlikely she will do another Con in the UK this year, and Charisma was at last year's so doubtful she will be back again this year, but you never know.

Just ordered my tickets! I'm really excited about this but at the same time I've never done anything like it before so kinda scared too, but it's all good 😀

Oh man, i would love to go to hallowhedon! but i have already got tickets for vampire ball and welcome to sunnydale..its ok though im hoping that i win the lottery soon so ill get a ticket then 😉

Not sure if I can actually afford to go to this now 🙁 plus I have met J and Nick before, but I will try if I can, I've booked that weekend off so I'll see closer to the time
 
Been wanting to go for a Hallowhedon for a few years now but never got round to it. Mainly because I've never had anyone to go with 😛 and I've never been to a convention before. Maybe one of these days

Awesome, more BBers going. I'm hoping for some more Buffy guests too as I'm trying to persuade my sister to come with me and she likes Buffy the best of the Whedon shows.

Booked hotel and travel. Just trying to decide what kind of event ticket to buy this year... getting excited now! 🙂
