Hallowhedon 4

Haven't been on BB for a while but I thought I'd pop back to post here...

I'm getting excited about Hallowhedon, but I'm having trouble thinking of costumes, especially as we don't know the Friday/Sunday themes yet.

I'm still undecided on what ticket type to get...

But still excited!

hopefully we will get party themes soon! I am not feeling that inspired for costumes without them!

My friends and I got standard but looking around in the Hallowhedon forum it looks to me like we're in the minority! Everyone seems to have silver or gold 🙁

I've been obsessing over costumes for a while now, I wish they'd give us the themes 'cause I really want to start thinking about them properly! For the Halloween one my friend and I were talking about being Thor and Loki, but they're not really scary (well I suppose Loki could be) so I dunno if we'll be odd for not actually being Halloweeny if we dress like that! But it sort of fits the Whedon theme a little bit at least 😛

I'm not doing anything really Halloweeny for the Saturday... am gonna try and put together a Drusilla-ish costume. As in, Victorian-style vampire. I don't have much money to spend on costume so eBay has been a godsend in looking for bits and pieces.

Not too long to go!
 
I wish I could go to something like this. Nothing cool like this ever comes close to my home 🙁
 
Sorry guys but can't afford it this year, with having gone to America and doing Vampire Ball, still hoping to be able to do Con2 as well
 
Party themes have been announced!
Friday theme: Wolfram & Hart Lawyers Ball. Welcome one and all to our Wolfram & Hart Lawyers Ball! Lawyers and clients can join us for a night of dancing and being merry!

Saturday theme: Halloween Party
As always, our highly popular Halloween party will be taking over on Saturday night!

Sunday theme: A night at The Bronze
Join us at the Bronze, our favourite Sunnydale nightclub!
 
Despite there being only three guests, this year's was the most enjoyable for me of the three I've now been to.

I'll post pics and stuff when I'm home if anyone is interested, but right now I'm floating on the high of getting a hug from Nicholas Brendon in the cocktail bar tonight. 😀

I agree [MENTION=8100]xaphania[/MENTION] , it was such a brilliant weekend!! Jealous you got an extra hug!! I saw them all down the pub Sunday night which was pretty cool, and got to speak to J for a bit 🙂 It's strange because the guests I am less excited about actually turn out to be the best ones, last year Adam, this year J 😀 glad you had fun! 🙂
 
I had an absolutely AMAZING time at HW4! I was so nervous but now I have no idea why because I had so much fun!! All the guests were amazing, the staff were amazing, the people were amazing! I hope it stays as awesome for next year with this set up change thing 'cause I really wanna go again!
