As for who the two ladies at the bottom are, I've got no idea, haha. I'm guessing Kaylee for the one on the left. No idea who the other one is.

Could the top right be Echo? Looks sort of similar to one of the Dollhouse promo shots.

Anyway it's a nice poster! I'm so excited about the con. 😀
 
Yeah I think top right is echo, it kinda looks like eliza and she's holding a gun like on the promo shoots, like xaph said.
