Immortal means they don't age, there's a difference between immortal & eternal!
The Senior Partners are eternal, Angel is immortal. you get the difference?

Well I certainly get the difference, but that's not how the word 'immortal' is conventionally defined (see, for example, http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/immortal), and I'm not sure that I can recall in the Buffyverse where it's ever stated that that's what immortal means.

Angel, Drogyn, and Hamilton were immortal as in they wouldn't die through disease or natural causes. They were never indestructible.
