Chas - he plays Neidermeier (correction - according to the IMDB, it's Neidermeyer, with a "Y"). He was the pledgemaster of the preppy fraternity that wouldn't give the two main characters bids. He also played evil Teddy's even eviler father (yes, I know that eviler is not a word) in One Crazy Summer (the guy who wanted to tear down Demi Moore's house to build condominiums or a mall or something along those lines).
