As it happens I had a great birthday weekend. We took a rental convertible out to a resort in Palm Springs, where I was wined and dined to my heart's content. We started the weekend off my sipping champagne in the hot tub and sleeping in our own private villa and then we spent the next day going up the aerial tram, visiting a cute art show, reading by the pool, and eating at a nice steakhouse. Today, we shopped at a bunch of cute boutique shops on the main drag. As if that's not enough, I got cool prezzies: a beautiful bracelet and a preorder for the Sims 3! All of your wishes must have worked, because it was a truly awesome b-day weekend.
