Thanks everyone. I've had a lively build up but a very slow birthday. Drinks on Friday at a brand new music venue near me. Last night was a party at my place. Today was supposed to be a meal and some cocktails but unfortunately my girlfriend couldn't hack the pace at the party last night and is suffering today. No stamina these under 30's!
 
Do you have a problem of folk *accidentally* nicking your drink, I used to add a shot of Peppermint Cordial to a pint of bitter, on occasion I would add a pickled onion to a pint, either way was a guarantee no one would nick my drink. My suggestion to you is add a spoon of choccy cake to a pint, you will never lose a pint again.
If like me you want people to think you are weird, it works.
