I got a few of those vibrating eggs too. They are very helpful in the kitchen. Mines are Martha Stewart ones and they change color as they absorb the heat so you know when the egg is done.

Fairly sure I used to have a clockwork kitchen timer that was shaped like an egg...
Cold and a bit rainy today, so I decided to stay in. Slept most of the afternoon and then made a pasta bake- it was an American recipe for a family dinner and I soon realised that I was going to run out of dishes. Seriously, I think I could feed myself dinner for a week with what I've just made!
