Hey only twenty minutes and the US east coast is in 2009. Yey. Sofar the year has been quite fun. Loads of alcohol, though I'm not drunk, which is a good start, cause my new year plans only allow me for getting wasted 6 times this year, so I shouldn't use them up too soon, especially as I'm hoping for a cheap night in two weeks time 😀

Anyway, happy new year to you guys. Be the love with you and keep the show on the road. Yeah.
 
With the ethanol levels in my brain lowered enough by now to allow for typing again :drunk2: I wish everyone here a Happy New Year!

I loved '08, with it being the year I discovered this place and you bunch, so I just hope it'll all continue this way into the Nine. 🙂
 
A few of us had a party in the chat room and a count down....I think it must have re-set because just before midnight nearly everyone got kicked out!

Today on the radio I heard that there was apparently an extra second last night (missed the reason), so they predicted computer troubles for everyone on the year change and I guess they were right.


It's sort of funny how I ended up doing something completely different than what I originally planned to do last night. But it was awesome. I spent 8 hours (so basically all night) at an Irish Pub with loads of free drinks.

A bit late, but, Happy New Year, hope everyone enjoyed last night. Unfortunately I had to work so I missed out on a party...but I made up by having myself a Lost/Buffy marathon. 🙂

I don't think that was the reason as I didn't get cut off at all.
