She's a blonde, airhead...exactly everything I'm against and everything I hate! Why HARMONY!? I hate Harmony?! I love syphillis more than Harmony! Okay, i've vented...im done....for now.

dont u kno? The world DOESNT revolve around you. I revolves around me, and I LIKE Harmony. ;)
I really like Harmony. For me she always remained lovable even when she was betraying Angel in Not Fade Away. The only time I really hated Harmony was when she was human but when she got vamped,I loved her.

Well, I didn't like her on Buffy, but on Angel (since Disharmony) I really really love her. She's funny. But you can't trust her. I didn't LOVE her, I only LIKED her on Buffy after she became a vampire. I felt sad for her, for the Spike treated her.

I never really had a problem with Harmony. I didn't like her that much, but I didn't dislike her either. She had some funny moments. I wasn't a big fan of her feature episode this season (I think it was called Harm's Way). I was nice Angel had another vampire around the office though, besides Spike.

Harmony likely came back for a number of different reasons. She offer some more interaction possibilities for Spike. And in this already very dark season, possibly to allow Lorne to look more into his darker side, Harmony came back to offer a new source of comical relief.

You say you hate blonde airheads, you must love Harmony then, she mocks the blonde airheads. She's the pinnacle of the high-school popular icons that fails later in life. Sure, there are some scenes that depict her in a bit of a better light, that make us feel pity for her or even semi-sympathise, but consider, she would do everything in her power to put people down, make them feel miserable and such, specially nerds, geeks, and well, people like us *ducks*. And now, Joss, as a representative of "us" goes out and sympathises with her to a certain extent. He employs the ultimate weapon, mercy. Even though we all know and feel that she's "inferior," we'll still help her, making her or "them" to realise their status too.

If even that doesn't make you feel slightly better about her... laugh at how dumb she is 😉

The only time I liked her is when she was 'betraying' Angel and when she said to Spike "What? I don't get a goodbye just because i went crazy and tried to rip your throat out while we were having sex?" otherwise I just couldnt stand her

Oh, when she was almost crying! I felt like crying myself. Spike was too mean to her. I mean I love Spike more than anything or anyone but I really didn't like what he did to Harmony in that scene.

i just thought it was funny how she was keeping Hamilton busy and when Angel asked her to keep him busy longer I thought the look on her face was hillarious

Wow, you sure like to dislike people.. Well, I can't say I love Harmony either. I mean she was okay as a high school friend of Cordelia's, but I never liked it when she became a vampire and was all Spike-obsessed... On Angel though, all the crappier BtVS-character seemed to work out a hell of a lot better on Angel, and even Harmony was okay there I could stand her on AtS... Never liked her either though but there's gotta be one ro two characters that you just can never like..

I thought she had some great moments, and some stupid moments. I really only liked her after she became a vampire.

She didn't serve a great comedic relief in Angel S5, but it was okay. It didn't bother me that much.

The best part about her has to be "blondie bear"

Harmony was great, she added a lot of humour to the show. As much as I love season 5 of Angel, it came close to losing the trademark humour that makes the show so great, Harmony was essential. With the exception of Spike, the other characters could hardly even crack a smile (Angel, Illyria, Gunn, Wes, even Lorne towards the end).

My one Harmony quip would be Harm's Way, I didn't think that was a particularly strong episode. But hey it still broke the season up a bit, not every episode can leave you depressed.

In Buffy I didn't like Harmony at all....she annoyed me soooo much!!

When she went to Angel though I found her funny and actually really enjoyed her character.

:wiggle:

I didnt like her in either series, I thought that she was an airhead, and many people sterotype blondes as Harmonyesque....and i HATE THAT! BLONDES ARE NOT LIKE HARMONY!

Well they are stereotyping Harmony BUT to be honest they dont stereo type Blondes......Darla, Buffy, Kate.
I think that its ok to have her character like that....I mean Cordelia in season 1 was mucho Harmony so its not just blondes that are like that in the whedonverse.
Infact in an episode when the ideal 'Dumb' stereo type is created by a man its a Brunette....April in i was made to love you.

Harmony's alright, I guess. She didn't bother me one way or the other, really. I kinda thought she brought some comedic relief to Angel, s5. And even in Disharmony, I felt like she served a purpose. Angel kept telling Cordy that Harmony would turn on her, and since she and he were on the outs at the time, she chose not to listen....well, turned out he was right. I think it helped Cordy trust Angel again, like she kind of realized that he'd only ever have her best interests at heart.....tho it may not seem like it at the time.
