What the hell is that choir doing? Why does all the kid's acting look painfully over the top? Why does Snape in the Vulture hat and dress etc. look so much less funny here than it does in my head? Where are Alfonso's trademark breathtaking shots and careful command of actors? I'm hoping the movie can deliver, but from the evidence of this, it doesn't look too likely. The first two were pretty weak too. Ah well. I guess I'll go read the book again.

Yowza! Easy there, Captain Negativity. It's just a teaser trailer. You may be right, but I'd wait to see their acting before you start harshing on it.
Personally, I liked the children's choir. It did double duty in this teaser, being both A) Creepy and B) Christmas-y (notice all the winter shots in this teaser? I think they're working the xmas-time release of this first HP3 glimpse quite nicely)
 
Great trailer, must see movie!

The choir had great music, and by the looks of it this movie is very good, but also a lot different from the other two. In my opinion 3 was much darker then the two before this one, and I hope they're gonna play that out!
