Gotta be the book..... 😀

I want to know how it all pans out. 😀 Whereas, with the film, I already know, and they are never as good as the books anyway - I still am looking forward to the film, and have enjoyed all the others, but they just can't condense everything from the book into a couple of hours or so. 🙂
 
I am looking ( painfully ) forward for both the movie and the novel because the fifth part is my favourite where ( as always ) my favourite character dies and hundreds of other things happen so I'd really really want to see it filmed. Self-evidently, the novel is the end and as every end it can't be missed. I think it will be a little more different than the others this last part, something really special 😀

In general, I prefer the books though I enjoyed the three movies. The fourth one not really. I love the way they visualize it but the scripts don't really grab you.

The book, definitely.

I can always enjoy the movies, somewhat, but they're never how I picture the world when I'm reading the books. They sets are very cartoon-y and I don't like that. Also, the acting and writing is always pretty mediocre, and the plot only makes complete sense if you've read the books, and too much important information is left out completely. The movies are soo average it's a little ridiculous. To me they're just companion pieces to the book series, and I'm not sure if I'd actually like them if they existed without the books.
 
Definitely the movies. I don't want Harry Potter to be over, but it will be when the next book comes out. I find the movies very fun and there's two more after Phoenix.
 
What a stupid queston lol, the book!!! For one the book is the final book, full of final answers etc lol. And also thefilms are poo and we know whats gonna happen
 
Book. All good things must come to an end or something, right?

As much as I like the movies there's always a part of me going "they skipped that part, and that part...and what about that part?"

Both but for different reasons. I love the books and cant wait to read the new one .
I havent liked the past two movies and I really really doubt I'll like the new one. They miss so much out and do so much wrong. Bt the past two movies Ive been to see with my best friend and its great fun shouting at the screen. It pisses people off occasionally but since swe go first thing in the morning, its usually students and they dont care. So Im looking forward to the new one to sit and complain all the way through it with Craig as usual 🙂
 
Hm tricky. I said the book, 'cause I know I'll love it way more etc.. But it's also going to be the end, so in a way I don't want to finish that book, you know..?

I am really looking forward to the movie too though. I hated the first Harry Potter movies, but the third one was actually really good, and I loved the fourth movie (even though they had to cut sooo much), it looked awesome etc. So I bet this movie will be really cool, and it's only the fifth so it's not as sad as the book thing.. heh..
 
I'm looking forward to both, though the book as slightly more appeal because I don't know what's going to happen, and I'm so anxious to find out. People keep telling me Harry is going to die, and I don't want it to be so 🙁. I cried when the three characters that have died did die...I was a mess, I'm gonna be a wreck if she kills of Harry, though, I do have a theory about it, and unless I want to add in some spoilers, I'll tell anyone my theory if they message me lol.

The 5th book is actually my favorite one, and they've kinda sucked at book continuity in the movies, like the first and second one weren't bad, the third one was atrocious! and the fourth one went to be not soo bad, so if they screw up the fifth one, I'm boycotting them I swear to god lmao. It's already been said there are no quidditch matches, which pisses me off, cuz they cut out a whole subplot!
 
I have to say... the book. I can't wait to read it. It comes out on the 21st July in Australia and i'm not going to get time to read it before i get married on the 28th... so i am planning on reading it on the honeymoon!!!
I know i am sad... but i can't wait and i don't want to have to wait any longer!!!
 
I assume the words are just bigger in the American one so it takes up more pages 🙂
