Has anyone else thought of this

^ I'm pretty sure that the Slayer Line Energy doesn't give a damn about what Giles does or does not want to keep secret. 😀
 
I thought it was something like "Buffy was still dead after her first death and so Kendra came, she died and Faith showed up and since the second time Buffy died, Faith was still alive, there wasn't a new slayer."
