Mine is the first time Fred saw Jasmine's true face in season 4. GOD THAT FREAKED ME OUT! I was really not expecting it.
 
I'd have to agree there. That was a nasty shock. Other than that off the top of my head I would say that clown in nightmares and when Anya got chopped nearly in two...that was a shock as well...can't say I much cared for ANY bug type scene either. All of those gave me the creepies. Those and pretty much all of Hush. Oh ya, and when Willow skinned Warren. I LOVED THAT but MAN was it sick! Mainly because I wasn't prepared for it. I never thought they would go there. Glad they did though!
 
Conversations with dead people totally freaked me out. I don't know why but I had to get up and put on a light.

Scary scary.
 
One of the things that makes me jump every time I see it is in Hush when the Gentleman goes by the window Olivia is looking out of. Every time! One of the things that freaked me out in a very general way was the very last scene of Normal Again, which left the question of whether the Buffyverse is in the mind of an unbalanced and/or schizophrenic girl. It was so unsettling.
 
It's the exact same thing for me with the window and Olivia, spike's_bitca!

Other than that, the only things that freaked me out were seeing the Beast for the first time on Angel and Der Kindestod from Killed By Death on Buffy. Scaring little mo fos.😱
 
Hush TOTALLY freaked me out!

And that demon guy........what was his name...........Gnarl that was it, when he was stripping Willow of her skin, that completely freaked me out and grossed me out!!
 
Totally agree with you, Buffster6: that skin stripping demon was.... yak. I always had to close my eyes when the scene appeared at the beginning of each episode when they summarized the previous ones.

Also think Hush was pretty creepy.

And the scene where Caleb put his thumb in Xanders eye. Couldn't watch that either. Absolutely horrible.
 
Hush - whole episode freaked me out!
Gnarl - well I was eating pizza at the time...ugh not good.
When Buffy turned into a vampire..sent shivers down my spine!!
When Angel first turned evil. Freaked me out!

And I totally agree with the Normal Again ending....that one had me thinking for a looooong while afterwards!
 
Hush, where one of the gentlemen walks past the window, and Olivia is watching. Makes me jump EVERY time, even though I knew it was coming!
I had nightmares about Der Kinderstood (I cant remember the name!) and the Queller demon! Ugh, nasty!

Normal Again freaked me out. I just feel like it makes you think about your life and existence and if it really is just part of your own twisted mind or is it real? That's scares me. Because somebody could be one really big schizo and then when they get healed we all disappear!!!

The Gentlemen who walks by the window= major freak out!

Conversations with Dead People just gives you the goose bumps.

Showtime or Bring on the Night when Willow is doing a spell and then BAM! That big horned thing appears (Probably The First). That made me jump.

I'm sure there are others, I just can't think of them right now.
 
- Buffy and Spike first having sex in Smashed
- Tha gnarl eating Willow's skin!
- Cordy and Connor getting together... while Angel watches.
- That Gentleman floating by the window in "Hush"
 
Yeah, Normal Again did make ya think a bit. It was a REALLY good concept. That would have been a crazy way to end Buffy. But they can't because of Angel I guess. I really liked that.
 
I would go for Hush again. And when Cassie sort of ate herself in the form of the First in 'Conversations with dead people'. The only other things I can think of are the bug man in 'whats my line Part's 1 and 2' and in To Shansu From LA of angel when he rips the deamons mask off and there is all maggots and stuff underneath, that freaked me out.

I would definatley say the Gentlemen from Hush, they freaked me out and the dream at the beginning of that episode with the little girl singing. Really creepy!
