Has anyone seen this horror movie that Mercedes costars in? It's supposed to be very good, and I was wondering if it's worth it.
 
Haha, nooo, this is NOTHING like the book. It's not based on it or anything. It's just a stand alone movie about a group of friends who venture into a haunted swamp on Halloween.

Anyway, I recentley watched it, and it's good!

I was just thinking of that book too, something we read in 5th grade. I was like wait whaatt?
 
Hatchet is a nice homage to 80's slasher flicks, heavy on the gore.


The sequel is currently filming in New Orleans.
 
Will she be in the sequel? My friend bought Hatchet on DVD but I never saw it. It looks like I need to buy it since I hear it's pretty decent & I love Mercedes.
 
Oh I have been wanting to watch this for sometime and now I do more knowing Mrcedes stars in it. Is her role a small role?
 
I saw this movie just a few days ago and I really enjoyed it. It was fun and had a lot of crazy death scenes. I recommend it.
 
I've seen it. My brother has it on DVD.

It's pretty cool. I wouldn't really say it's good, but it's really entertaining!
Definitely worth a watch!

Sunnydale Siren already said that it's a homage to the 80's horror movies.
Sometimes it even looks like an 80's movie.
When we watched it we had a lot to laugh about. It's fun🙂
