have you ever fainted/passed out??

I have epilepsy, which causes seizures. One time, I had one so bad, I passed out. I was just shaking, then I woke up in an ambulance. I remember thinking about how cute the paramedic was. That's me. I have a medical emergency and all I can think about are boys!

my gym teacher in HS was pretty mean about it too, he used to tease me about it sometimes... he was not that many years older than us either.. i didn't like it! i remember the last year in HS we got a new gym teacher, but our old GT he had a gym class at the same time as we did.(we had two gym halls right next to eachother) this one time he pretended to throw a ball at me.. just to joke with it to the new teacher... the wired thing is.. i don't think he really tried to be mean, just that sometimes people know things like that, but they don't know HOW seriouse it is for the person who has a problem with it, or a fear of somthing!

That's so cruel, something similar happened to me, only not as badly, I was hit in the head w/ a soccer ball(didn't do too much damage....just a massive headache) but it still makes you think about it when you see something fly at ya...but my teachers were generally ok about it.

I fainted once.

I was sick with I don't know what. I remember getting up to go to work, and didn't feel all tha well. I was walking out of the bathroom and my mom was near- she started asking me a question and when I next came to, I was on the floor and my mom was above me looking at me, asking if I was okay. I don't even remember falling...it was really scary. She said that I was only out of it for a minuet, not that long at all.
 
I faint all the time its really quite horrible.
the one time that i remember the most is when my cat had juts been in an accident and had a big chunk taken out of the back of her leg and so me and my mum and my brother all rushed her to the vets. when we got there i started to feel really hot and dizzy, i went into the room and my eyes whnt black and i couldnt see. i was trying to tell my mum that i was feeling really ill and dizzy but i couldnt day anything and the next thing i felt was that i was falling and i sunk against the wall. the next thing that i remember is waking up with my head betwen my knees and one of the nurses handing me a glass of water.

one of the other times that i fainted was when i was in school. i was in the dinner line and i hadnt eaten breakfast that morning (that was a really bad idea) andi started to feel all dizy and then the next thing that remember was waking up sat in a pile of coats it was really wierd and the thing is that nobody had noticed that i had fainted. all my friend said was that oh you look pale. but they flet dead bad when i told them that i had just fainted and that they hadnt noticed hehe.
but now i faint everytime i miss breakfast, so i cant miss it now.
 
About two weeks ago I had Russian lesson( I hate it) and I couldn't repeat after my teacher(also headmaster) so he thought I was not paying attention( so not true) and asked my to the blackboard for full graded answer.As I was walking to him I wished sth would happen.I started to answer( not good of course) and suddenly I felt so weak and fainted...I was lucky, he didn't grade my answer....
 
I was in PSE (personal social education, load of boring stuff) and we were watching a video on AIDS. I was ill anyway and around the point they started to talk about the disease eating away at the stomache I started to feel light headed (and was crazing Pizza oddly). Then everything became kinda blurry and people and things became sihlouetted until suddenly I heard a voice and eventually I made out it told me to put my head on the desk, so I did. When I came to she said I should step outside to get some air.

Made a show of myself that day.
 
hehe, i think there's something about Buffy fans and fainting! It must run in all our DNA! I have fainted a bunch of times, once i had stood for hours in synagogue right under a window, i was dehydrated as well as just collapsed. I got up straight away and puked everywhere! The second time was on the train in London, i just collapsed and got off at the next station where i threw up. But the last, worst time was in school! I was in biology and i have no idea why, i wasn't dehydrated or anything, but i suddenly felt really dizzy and funny and then i fell down against the wall. Everyone was staring at me like I was crazy or something 🙁
 
I have fainted...3 times i think? yeah. It's really scary. The first time it was in the kitchen and i just fell straight back onto the floor and my mom said my eyes rolled back in my head and i really freaked her out...lol
second time was in the hall way, i think i had a fever and i hit my head on the woodwork on the door....
last time i woke up feeling werid and i walked downstairs i sat on the couch and said something to my mom and then i fainted. I dont' know why..
It's so werid, because everything gets all black and fuzzy and then you can't hear really...its so weird..
 
I faint daily! Nah I get claustraphibic which causes me to fant heaps, the first time was in yr 2 there was so many people and I started feeling dizzy and hit the ground and actally had a dream. But then a few times I fainted in the shower cause of all the steam and I faint in e;evators and small places, which noone noticed and with nedles i do that too. and I fainted after my drama the other day cause it was nervesnes and yea my boring faintiness!
oh and the other day my teacher was com[plaining cause I kept on fainting in his class!
 
I've only ever fainted once, when I was younger. I was in my room and at the time I had bunk-beds. I must have stood up too quickly or something, because as I got off my bottom bed to climb onto the top one, I remember getting to the ladders then the next thing I knew I was against my wall and I knocked my CD rack over. That's the only time I've ever fainted though.
 
Somebody in my CDT (design tech) class randomly fainted in the middle of a demonstration and knocked her head on a big machine on the way down (ouch!) she had to be taken to hospital to make sure she didn't have concussion!
 
Ive only fainted once I was on my work experience and I went outside and then I came back inside and I went all hot and my eyes went blurry and next thing I knew I wake up and I was on the floor and i tried to get up and I could hardly walk so then I got to go home. the worse part was that noone else wo there and I wo just passed out on the floor.
 
Xander_Lover: That was like what happenedto me! (xcept the hospital part) I had that but just wet home for the rest of the day which was a big bonus!
 
I've fainted two times. When I fainted first time I got four stitches back of my head 'cause I hit it somewhere (still don't know where...). It's terrible to wake up after you've fainted. I felt like I couldn't move my hands and legs and everything was so blurry. Not nice at all... :/
 
I think that waking up after is like waking form a really long and good sleep..I just got used to it and I sometimes even enjiy it...
 
ive passed out before because o had to much to drink. hmmm, i hadnt eaten hardly a crum that day an i had my friends 18th party later that night. so it was a free bar... you know the story!!! so yeah i passed out an was being sick all over the place, an over me, erkies! apparently!!! i didnt remember any of this at all. i was surpost to go back to a friends house for the night an i woke up in my own bed. i was like wtf, sat... and thought, have i been sick??? i didnt think i had tho. ive been filled in on what happened by my friends. all badness! lol, i was dancing! i dont dance! i must have been far gone! an legedly cumming on to girls... now as a gay boy that is bad! i was being sick the day after.. an yeah... my parents was very understanding tho! we all do it said ma mum *shock*
 
I've been battling a bad case of pnemonia for the past 2 weeks. When i went to the hospital last week they took 3 vials of blood from my left arm. They didn't give me a chance to rest first, and they quickly took me over to do a chest x-ray. I remember the nurse saying "put your shoulders up against the machine" and the next thing I know everything was black, and I could hear them saying stuff, and my body felt energyless. After a few seconds I woke up, but I can't begin to put into words how I felt when I was 'out'.

Same with me. Well, not the exact same thing, but I've only fainted when I got blood taken. I was waiting in the waiting room for my mother, when I just got really dizzy, and the lights got really bright, and I began seeing little colorful dots ("stars"). Then black. I wake up to three women hovering over me all like, "Ooh!" And I was in the worst pain when I woke up. It was unbelievable. It felt as if someone had cracked my head open. And I couldn't remember anything, either. My mother asked me where we had been earlier that day, and I couldn't even remember. Heck, I couldn't remember my birthday! But now everything's "funky dory"!
