Have you ever wanted to be on the show?

I don't think that I would want to be in the cast, I can't act and have absolutely no desire to be in the spotlight. However, being a member of the crew, would be very cool I think, you would probably meet and get to interact at some level with the cast. Though you might see things that would seriously alter your opinion of certain people if you see them off camera.
 
I actually think I could be great at acting (does drama class count?) but I never daydreamed about being part of the cast, though to be there in person, as say part of the crew like an assistant ( say to JM), well that would be awesome. The cast seem like the kind of people that would get on really well with the rest of production.
 
Being an actress, I always look at a television show and think "now who would I like to play" I either write myself a role or I choose an exisiting one. I think I actually have a list. I do this for most of my favourite TV shows and movies, or just ranodm movies that I see and enjoyed. LOL. I'm crazy but yes, I would have loved to be a part of this cast. It seems like a great working enviroment from how they all talk about it, especially Nick Brendon at the panel I went to at Armageddon. The way he talked, it just sounded like it was a great place to work.
 
I never really wanted to be part of the cast...I would have been way too young anyway. I did use to wish that Sunnydale, vampires, slayers, etc. were real. I wanted to go to Torrance High solely because Buffy was filmed there but...my mom didn't think that was wise 😉. Ironically, they did film Phases at the high school I ended up going to, but of course I didn't realize that until I graduated. Lame.

I actually used to fantasize about being one of the writers for the show. That would have been my absolute dream come true...if I were older and somehow landed that awesome job.

Haha I used to do something similar to this. But I wouldn't imagine myself as an actress on the show, I'd imagine that the world in which the show (or movie) takes place, was real. My cousin and I would watch really crap movies and then say who we (and other members of our family) were, and it would make the movie 10x more exciting because we could say things like, "Uh oh...I hope I'm not going to die." It was so incredibly stupid...but fun haha.
 
I always wanted to be on the show, but not as any principal actor or anything. I just wanted to be one of the extras. The same extras that walked around the Sunnydale High courtyard, around the same fountain, in every episode. I mean seriously, am I the only one who recognized that they used the same extra shots? Like I saw the same girls saying goodbye to each other for episodes on end. 😛
