I saw the MTV movie awards last night, and they were pretty funny. Has anyone else seen them yet? The Spiderman spoof was really funny. I just wish that SMG and Jack Black had done more talking and jokes and stuff... So... comments, anyone?
 
I thought it was pretty good - the people I liked won for the most part. Matt Damon was so funny backstage with Will Smith! And I agree - we didn't see that much of the hosts.
 
I never saw them! I heard something about jack and sarah being in a weird or compromising position though . . . ???
Any goss? How long was sarah up? Did she win/present anything? Was she good? Lol, i really never saw/read anything about them!
When were they screened? Anyone know for the UK?

Sarah did a great job hosting with Jack Black. I really liked their singing in the beginning of the show. I really thought they would have more spoofs of movies, and that Sarah would be on screen more...but she wasn't. Hopefully next year she will win something for Scooby Doo. Overall, I loved seeing Sarah being the host; especially with Jack Black. I taped it, and I'll love it forever. 😛
 
The MTV Movie Awards rocked! Sarah and Jack did an excellent job hosting. They're such a great team! The Spiderman skit was so funny. I couldn't stop laughing! It was cool that Sarah turned into Wonder Woman. The Lord of the Rings skit was funny too! I can't believe they showed Jack's a**! I was so shocked. I really didn't need to see it though. They should've done more skits and stuff. It would've been so cool if they did a Moulin Rouge skit. That would've been so great to see! Sarah looked so pretty in her outfits!

My favorite part was when they sang. I swear Sarah has a good voice! I guess doing the Buffy musical paid off. I was laughing so hard on the part where Sarah bent down when Jack sang ' and people having sex .' That was so hilarious! It's scary cause I know all the words to the song. Also, Kelly Osbourne's performance rocked!

The Movie awards were pretty cool, i thought there would be some musical finale at the end. I love jack Black hes so funny, smg looked very beautiful, I wish there had been more spoofs tho. I don't think SMG will win an award for scooby doo lol.
 
Okay, I'm lost. What is with you guys being against Scooby Doo? It looks good to me. Then again, it's only because it has Sarah and Freddie in it.
 
Scooby Doo looks good to me too! Lol, partly coz they are both in it but still . . . 😉

SMG is very beautiful! And a sweetie! Did she come across well? Please dont tell me she did another kiss with wotz-her-name (cruel intentions . . . i know it . . . no, temporary memory blank!)! Its getting to be a habit, sarah! Lol.

don't get me wrong, i love the SMG, but in scooby doo she just seems like a stupid Buffy.
the movie might have been okay if they had different actors, a real dog, different writers, and if it wasn't a live-action version of a cartoon.
they should have just stayed with the scooby doo scene in jay and silent bob strike back =)

Of course I've seen the Movie Awards. They were great, and supposedly they were the highest rated ones the station ever had. All because of our lovely Sarah (and oh, yeah.. Jack Black.. hehe)! They were both great together and did much better than I thought they would. I adored the opening number, and I loved everything Sarah wore. Everytime she came out, I was just star struck. She was beautiful. The LOTR parody, I thought, was the funniest. 😉
 
I only caught the last half hour but at least i got to see Ben Affleck, Vin, Paul and my lovely Ewan 😀 It was so sweet when he got to present Nicole with Best Actress for Moulin Rouge...i'm off to contemplate Ewan some more 😉

Vin diesel was there? I ::heart:: him! The Fast and the Furious is one fo the best films!
How sweet! I think ewan rocks! As does moulin rouge.
