I have. 😛 So there'll be NO last minute dashing about...which is good, since that means stress levels will be low.

But I'm currently transfixed by this catalogue from Mrs. Fields; oh my GOD. Look at the yummy stuff!

I have finished my Christmas shopping, my sense of humour is not appreciated by many people.

I barely remember what month I'm in lol. So that's a no, I haven't started. I only buy presents for close family though, which is good since they don't give me snash for looking like I wrapped them with my feet.

So you could get Gwennie Poohs a pair of tweezers and call them Specialised Bullet Retrieval devise, for getting shot out of the Haggis she shoots.
Nope. I'll probably start at then end of the week though. Surely leaving buying gifts until last minute, and having to buy everyone toilet paper and lollipops from the 24 hour shop, is a happy tradition.

What you could do is use a very small when writing to Bluebird, she'd be chuffed at getting a magnifying glass then.
Pretty much finished, got one more to get but am debating giving cash instead. I'd love to open a christmas card and find cash in there, but not sure my cousin would feel the same 🙂

I've started, but just barely. As usual, my daughter is easy peasy and fun to buy for, so I have a few things for her. People who don't post Amazon wish lists...should get what they get. Phooey!

It is just too depressing to go shopping when the days are getting shorter. I prefer to shop when the days are getting longer, so I am prepared to wait until December 22 then go like a bat out of hell through all the stores to see if anything is left.

How to make the shopping day get longer, stop putting the 'closed' sign on shop doors.
I bought for myself, does that count?! 😛

Now I'm hungry! I haven't even started. I've only been back to work for a few weeks. So still kind of broke. 🙁

Nope. I'm only buying something for my parents though. I plan on buying a piece of art off one of my artist friend for them. Personally I don't celebrate Xmas, the present is more of a thankyou to my folks than anything.

Finally I have managed to stop getting invited to family events, so now having to buy pressies is a thing of the past. They would say I didnt have to buy presents and I would try make some, but I think it just got embarrassing for them.

The pressie to myself is a roadtrip away and hopefully a double or queen-sized swag so I can sleep under the stars at chrissy. Proper free.

I would like to send some notes or cards to people but it never works out. I have all the craft stuff out ready.. but no progress and its been 2 days.

And for the animal lovers buy them a bunny with an Akubra, well it fits my sense of humour.
Wonder if that's why I don't have many friends.
No, not yet. I have an idea what I'm going to buy for every one though. Probably start next week. I'm usually a last-minute shopper. lol.

I'm usually out in good time, but this year I just have zero inspiration. I'm probably just giving my brother money though, so at least that's one 'done'...

I did however get roped into doing the wrapping of Christmas presents at work... 13 down, 52 to go... I might never want to look at a present again after this! 😵

Taake,
if your sense of humour is anything like mine you can give your brother the currency for another country.

There is always something you can do to make sure no one ever asks you to do it again. If the place you work at has a shipping department, use as much packing tape as you can. Make sure every square centimetre of the package is wrapped in tape. The glass-reinforced stuff is great. Steel strapping is even better. If you have an electrical department, strip some copper wire and wrap it around the package in two dimensions, soldering each intersection where the copper from one side crossed the copper from another side. Once the impenetrable packages are delivered, you will never be asked to do it again.
