Heel Lock on Tennis Shoes

If this works, it'll save me from buying new shoes before the pair I have now is outworn. (I must admit I doubt it, though, I get blisters very easily.)
 
This is amazing! I wonder if it works for ankle rubbing/blisters too (I suffer from that more than heel blisters)
 
I am trying to figure out how to verbalize the video so that it can be understood without having to look at the video. It's difficult to explain.

Well this was pointless. Turns out my new trainers don't even have this additional hole. Epic fail Adidas!
