Hi there.

I have been meaning to join this board for a while now, and decided to join yesterday. This is actually the first time that I have ventured out of my usual messageboard topic, which usually consists of posting on Indiana Jones messageboards, as I have now been a fan of that franchise for 22 years now. 🙂

Okay, so where to begin? I am a 38 year old female who currently lives in Bristol, which is a city in the South West of England. I say, currently, as in a few months, I will be moving to Pennsylvania, USA to be with my fiancé. 😀

I first got into Buffy and Angel many years ago, when they showed these series on Sky One on Friday nights. Buffy was running, and then when Season 4 began, Season 1 of Angel started up, and Sky One used to show these together.

Over the past few months, I have been watching Buffy a lot, and actually, when I finish the series a couple of weeks later I find myself watching it all over again. I've only actually gotten around to buying Angel on DVD and recently watched Season 1 in about five days! 😛

One of the things that I would love to start is a huge project in whereby I would gather all of the music from Buffy and put it in a huge Buffy library. This would include all of the songs and the orchestral music put into episode order. Yes, I know that sounds a bit extreme, but I am huge fan of film scores, John Williams being my favourite composer. Is there anyone here who has ever done this sort of thing before?

I have added all of the Buffy soundtracks to my wish list on Amazon and am able to get more tracks from Spotify, but I get the feeling that this is going to take quite a long time.

wow big kudos for moving to PA USA! you'll love it over here in the US and the east coast is a fabolous place to live! i live in southern new jersey and love it more than anyplace ive been before!

Carr4288, thanks! I have been to the states 8 times now (have seen 14 states) and I love it. My fiance used to live in NJ. He's originally from NY, moved to FL when he was a baby and then moved to NJ and was there for about 25 years and then moved to PA. 😉

Joan, that's a good question. I can't quite decide on which is my favourite character, as I love them all and it changes from week to week. As for series, I love them all but really love Season 2, as it shows how much damage Angel can do as he resorts back to being Angelis, although the death of Jenny is heartbreaking. I love season 4 as it is the year where they are entering college and it is all new and exciting. I also like Season 6 and I have really started to like Once More With Feeling.
