"Hello world"

A friend of mine has a nice project.
He plans on doing a world tour...in photography.

The principe is simple.
You just have to take a picture of yourself at a *touristic/famous* place where you live or where you go for holidays for example. You have to hold a sheet of paper on which "Hello World" is written, and behind you, we must see the touristic/famous place you are at.

==> It happens on Facebook.
So if you are interested, feel free to join (it's all in French but I just told you all you need to know.) You can also talk about it to your friends, IRL of Online!

How big does this famous place have to be? Could I do the NC State Capital building? or is that not famous enough. I mean it's a "tourist" attraction because people from all over the state come here to see it... same with a lot of places down town... or I could do the fairgrounds, but the fair won't be in town until October, so it would be literally just the fairgrounds. Or is NC State University better?

I guess the NC Capital Building would be good, he said "at least a bit touristic" so I guess it's perfect 😀

He. Well that rules me out then. Not going anywhere exciting this summer and the world outside Sweden probably haven't heard of the place I live. Actually just for the fun of it, is there any *touristic/famous* place in Sweden anyone can mention at all? Sure we got places tourists visit, some more popular than others but what do the ordinary people outside Sweden know? Might not be what we think. The ice hotel is known to some but harldy for most. Help me out.

Not really a place, but Swedish Glace ice cream, which I love although I think its called Tofuline there. Its famous to me, I would go there just to see if they have any different flavours for me to try 🙄

I would totally do this but I don't get around very often. Also, I don't live near a lot of famous tourist attractions.
