I'm new to Buffy boards. I'm obsessed with the buffyverse and thought it would be nice to have other people to obsess with. My family and friends can't keep up. They think I have issues... they just don't get it... 0.o

Well welcome to BB! We're all obsessed Buffy-verse freaks, so you'll fit in well. 😀 Are you also a fan of Joss Whedon's other projects? Firefly? Dollhouse? Angel?
 
Haha I never talk about Buffy in real life. I've tried and tried but I seem to kind of...dislike most of the Buffy fans I've met in the real world 😉. Dislike is a strong word. We don't mesh, well...I guess.

I did meet someone recently who gave me the "so-so" hand signal when I asked him if he liked it! Yeah.

That was exciting. Most people give me a, "Are you kidding me?" look.

Welcome to BB 😉 You're right. I've tried to get my mom to understand the obsession for years and she just doesn't get it. It's a Whedon thing 😉
 
Gosh, thanks guys, for the warm welcome 🙂 I absolutely love Firefly! I liked Dollhouse too. I have a hard time watching some of these characters in other movies. You should have seen me trying to watch The Grudge. I'm yelling at the screen the whole time. Buffy could've totally worked her over, anyways. I'm yammering. Did anyone watch Demons? I think that's what it's called. About Van Helsing son?
