Hi, I'm Ghost and I'm new to the forum, to the Buffy fandom, and to forums in general. I started watching Buffy for the first time earlier this year and am currently watching season three. I'm really enjoying it and have been meaning to join some forums in order to have more focused fandom discussions than you can usually have on tumblr, so when I found Buffy-Boards I went ahead and made an account.

When I have the time, I like writing fanfiction, but I haven't written any for Buffy since I still have so much of the show to watch. I also read comic books (mostly DC stuff, currently), so once I finish the show, I'll be reading the comics and some of the novels, too.

I've been wanting to make more friends online, and anyone is free to reach out.

Currently my favorite character is Drusilla, but I also really love Giles and Willow! And my favorite ship is, and will probably always be, Jenny/Giles. I like how simple, sweet, and tragic they were in the brief time they knew each other. Opposites attract and all that.

So post a bit, read a bit and you will find out who the players are on this forum. It's OK to not be a shipper since all ships sink in the Buffyverse. BTW this forum is the first place I learned the term, shipper and it means to favour a certain relationship, in case you were wondering.

No, I've actually never seen Ginger Snaps! I usually use Ghost because I like to think I'm a little mysterious (I'm not, but I can pretend). But also kind of silly, think a cartoony ghost or someone with a sheet over their head rather than something scary.
