Help in naming a Demon and situation!

I believe this demon appeared in the season 5. I guess he wasn't evil, since Buffy let him around a lot. Although he was friends with Spike. And his playing poker for kittens. How did all that start? Does anyone remember? What was she upset about to have gone out drinking with Spike? I can't remember. Also, did he have a name on the show?

His name is Clem, and I think the first episode he showed up in was Life Serial in Season 5. He was one of the demons sitting at the table to play poker for kittens when Buffy and Spike go out drinking in a demonish bar. buffy was upset that her friends didn't believe her that somebody was messing with her head (the Trio), but Spike was the only one listening to her.
