HELP ME!!! Saving on PSP 8

Hey! I just downloaded PSP 8 and a made a Cordy banner. The thing is I've saved it about thirty times and whenever I try to upload it at village photos or somewhere the file hasn't saved1

I don't think I'm saving it properly but I don't know how to do it and the help topics doesn't tell you how!

If anyone knows how to use PSP 8 and save a file as either JPG/JPEG or GIF could you PLEASE guide me through it!

I've got a load of requests that I need to upload!!!!!!!

Er, have you saved it in JPEG format? you might be saving it as a PSP file.
