Help Me- UK Air Dates

Hey. Was just doing the bibliography for my media coursework and I have to put the airdates for the episodes I have watched for the essay. Buffy World.com has the dates for Seasons 5 and 6 but I need them for Season 7.

I've had a look but can't find anything, I am pretty sure they're in Keith Toppings (I think thats his name) book guide but I don't have that. So if anyone knows or can give me leads which I could follow up I'd be really really greatful.

I have tried BBC, Buffy World, TV Tome, Buffy Guide.
 
You could trawl for the Season 7 posts here by me which were on or about the Sky One transmission date but the sites you've mentioned are the ones I'd look at first...

edit- Not Fade Away was shown on Sky on June 8th so you should be able to work back from there...good luck 🙂

Yeah but then I have to credit any skipped weeks, two episodes in one night, the gap between seasons always changing and more.
