Help Help! Who took this photo of Anthony Head?

This is a strange question, but I promise it's completely serious! I'm trying to find out who took this photograph of Anthony Head (or where it might have first appeared, which would give a lead, at least) so that I can get in touch with them very urgently about a project in which I'd like to use it. But I've found absolutely no information online. This is a total longshot, but would anybody on here happen to recognise it and remember where they've seen it before?
