Help! with Buffy/Angel Crossovers

Hey does anyone know which specific episodes of angel haev buffy in them where she comes back or talks to him.

specifically the ones when she dies and he finds out and also the one where he finds out shes not dead. I know that is Season 3 ep 4. but ep 5 does not talk about it after that? or does it?

also any others where just willow comes to Angel?

As far as I can remember Buffy has only been in 2 episodes of Angel and these were back in the first season. They were I Will Remember You and Sanctuary.

After Buffy came back from the dead Buffy and Angel's reunion wasn't shown on screen due to the then no crossover rule.

Willow appeared in 2 episodes of season 2. She was in Disharmony in which she shared a funny conversation with Cordy and she was also in the finale There's No Place Like Plrtz Glrb (or something like that) where she arrived in the closing moments to inform Angel of Buffy's death.
