I'm currently writing an essay on the subculture of Buffy fandom (mainly that which takes place online..websites, forums, fan fiction etc) and was wondering if some of you could reply to the following questions?

I think I was around 10 years old when i started to follow the show. I wasn't addicted to the show until a few years later though, not sure when.

Do you visit Buffy forums/websites often?
Several times per day.

Have you ever written fanfiction?
Yes.

Are you a 'shipper'?
I really think you should have defined what a shipper is, but since I prefer some ships over others, I'm going to say yes.
 
Ok, by 'shipper' I mean have you actively been a supporter of a relationship that exists or does not exist in the Buffy world.

Do you visit Buffy forums/websites often? On Buffy Boards at least a couple of times a week since 2006. At the peak periods of Buffy Board-dom then I can spend majority of my weeks on Buffy Boards! I've been on other forums as well but none that have held my interest for more than a couple of weeks.

Have you ever written fanfiction? Nope. I've read quite a lot of it though. Mostly the saucier stuff I'll freely admit!

Are you a 'shipper'? Yes and no. I mean I believe Angel and Spike are meant to be but I don't really give two hoots about the shippy aspects of the fandom. I hate all the threads about Spuffy vs Bangel - I just find it boring.
