Help!!!

Can somebody help me?

I've created a sort of picture-banner thingy on Photoshop, and I think that this is the right program to use.

Yet, I have no clue on how to get the banner from there, onto my signature. I tried everything but it won't work----

any suggestions?

yeah, okay, i tried that and I did it....

but it still didnt' work? what am i doing wrong? THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!! 🙁

bmp format, right-mouse-click ... properties
