Probably... The actors do tend to wear some of the same outfits/pieces in the later seasons. Sarah wore the same red shirt a lot throughout Season 5. Maybe Alyson shot the part for "Orpheus" the same day/time as "Lies My Parents Told Me"?

And then she says she has to take off for a few days?
