i know there was athread on this but its gone now so i thought, i'd start a new one, id anyone watch this i did and i thought it was really good and really original, i thought it would attempt to copy or compete with buffy, angel charmed etc. but it didnt it just did its own thing in a completely different way.
I was slightly worried that if the series lasted long then it would get boring as cassie would be continuously fighting azazeal but now if the other 200 angels escape from wherever they came from then she could fight them which could provide a ot of entertainment, i'm really looking forward to s2, are you?
 
erm. how do you figure its original exactly?

its just As IF in a Harry Potter setting with an uneeded dose of randell and hopkirk...
 
I like this and series 2 is going to have more episodes in it aswell, i'm going to buy the DVD's when they come out.

I tried to get into As If when that was on, but i didn't like it.

No i disagree, does harry potter involve any sex situations, possesion, demon childs no- just because it's in a boarding school doesn't mean its like harry potter and just because its got a ghost in it doesn't mean its copying rrandal and hopkirk deceased, its like saying sex and the city copied friends because its set in new york, or casualty copied scrubbs because its in a hospital even though they have completely different storylines, just like harry potter, R and H and hex all have completely different storylines. i cant really argue with the as if thing though because i've only ever seen it once. also if it was a mix of all three, which i don't think it is it woul still be original as there are no other shows that mix the three shows together.
Another point is that none of those programmes deal with anything even similar to fallen angels etc. sorry if i rambled its just i completely disagree, i still love this new program and i do think its original!!! lol
 
Just started watching it and I love it lol - and whoa can the UK get away with a lot on tv! lol

I can't wait for more episodes...it has the feel sort of of a Dark Shadows (the remake). I don't think it feels at all like Harry Potter. I really like the flashbacks and how you don't know everything but instead have to find out little things with the characters.

I agree and i too love this program, its just a constant cliffhanger!!! lol
 
I just finished watching the last episode last night - argghhhh! I was like "NO WAY" lol - at least they didn't kill off Michael Fassbender lol...
 
i reckon its gona be well good next season with her fighting 200 angels and her own son!!!
 
i know me 2, i cant wait, whens it coming back, is it coming back lol
 
We liked Hex a lot at Pointy Towers. Had to suspend disbelief a lot at the setting but it was a good story and well told IMO.
