Angel's Buddy
Hey everyone!
First off i'd like to say hello to everyone as i'm new here and it has taking me ages to find a Buffy forum that still has members on it on a daily basis lol, so i hope this place finally ends my search lol.
As to the question, i'm a huge Buffy fan and loved every series, and i'm sure most of you have had this question before, but what did you like/dislike about the show?
One thing i disliked and also loved at the same time was the romance between Angel and Buffy, the one thing i disliked about it though is how it seemed to go towards the end in the final 2 seasons or so. I think it could have made the series better if there wasn't a love interest from/in Buffy from Riley and Spike (wouldn't have been so bad if they were minor love interests from her school etc). Even though Angel and Buffy knew where the line was in their relationship, i think it would have been better if it had kept going and if towards the final few episodes there was a spell or something that could have been done which ment they could be together without Angel loseing his soul again.Having said that i did also have a good feeling about the final episode where Buffy says that there might be another chance for her and Angel but it wouldn't be for a while, with Angel replying with "i'm not getting any older" Which i suppose, to the viewers, was a way of them being told that they probably would get back together, even though we never really find out.
