Hey Everyone!

I just wanted to introduce myself and of course I'm new to these forums and this board. About a 1-2 weeks ago I actually finished Buffy the vampire slayer series completely I had been watching it awhile and never actually watched it as it aired sadly =( ....

I'm glad though I finally got the chance to watch it and I love the series it's AMAZING. I've ready through all the season 8 comics and I did that pretty fast and I am now eagerly awaiting the new comic release of season 8. Pretty much the same applies to the Angel series. I watched it extremely fast what can I say I am really impressed with both series though I do admit I enjoyed Buffy a bit more.

I am a bangel/fuffy shipper myself and I believe that's about it =)!

hey! welcome to the boards.

you did experienced the buffy universe (or should i say, joss whedon universe) the same way i did. i watched all of buffy, then all of angel, then all of firefly, then serenity.

btw, you didnt mention seeing firefly or serenity. if you havent seen them, you should. they are awesome.

im also lovin the comic books too. season 8 is great!

one other thing before i let you go, try to obtain the buffy the vampire slayer comic book called "omnibus." there are two out right now. part one came out a few months ago, part two came out this month and part three comes out in january. they are a culmination of all the old buffy comics when it was still on the air. "dawn and hoopy the bear" is a funny one.

again, welcome. i hope you find this site as fun and intriguing as i do!!!!!
 
Thanks everyone!!! I really appreciate the warm welcome 🙂 and thank you senior watcher. I will definitely look into getting that comic! I enjoy anything new I can read/watch of buffy lol. So I really appreciate you recommending me that, I'll look into getting it ASAP.

You've read the comics, so you're ahead of me, but your experience is kind of like mine. I didn't learn to appreciate the Buffyverse until a little more than a year ago. I promptly netflixed all of Buffy and then all of Angel.

Anyway, this is a nice, active board, which is great for newcomers like us who missed the boat when the shows were actually on.
