Awww congrats hon!!!! My first baby is almost 8 months old today...let me tell you - you are in for a wonderful experience...I am so excited for you!! Will you find out the sex of the baby?

Congratulations!

Any thoughts on how you want to give birth? Home? Water? Under the influence of as many legally available drugs as possible?

Just make the most of taking it easy, if you can. I, for one, am unable to do that by nature, so I was tiling the kitchen kneeling on the worktop at 9 months - hell, I was even up a stepladder painting a wall in the 'nursery' when I was in labour! (if only I had known it would take another 18 months to get him in there and out of our bed 😀). They reckon if you get bad morning sickness it's girl, and if it's little or none it's a boy. It was right with me, but then I knew as soon as I saw the blob on the nuchal scan at 11 weeks it was a boy, and it was confirmed at 20 weeks, but I know not all health authorities will let you know.

Ahhhh, the nappies, the continual breastfeeding, the crying, the broken sleep and being continually knackered.... it brings it all back. What am I talking about - I still have all that now!!!! And he's 22 months!

Good luck! And you know where us newish mums are if you need to chat 😀
