hmm, well not sure if im missing something here... but as a matter of fact I do enjoy the odd apple now and again. We used to grow them in our back garden (with limited success) but when the season came, enjoying them with my Dad was a lovely feeling..they tasted sensational. Though I have no idea what variety they were.

...Any other questions? Perhaps my preference in Ginger Beer or Pomegranate variety?

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lotto?
Ooo thats an interesting one. Depending on how much I had just won of course, Ive won then odd £10 before I dont much remember what I ended up spending it on...

I would have to say I would buy off my parents house for them, buy a small Chateau in the French alps (possibly Chamonix) and would spend the next 5-25 years traveling the world experiencing every country I could. Most likely spending a lot of time in Laos and Vietnam area as I deep water soloed from island to island. I would try to experience as much as I could without spending a penny.

...which i now realize i dont need to win the lottery to do...

<looks up flights to Laos>

Hi Robert! :welcome: Hope you´ll enjoy your stay which I´m sure you will.

Happy posting!

Favorite character would actually be Buffy herself (which from what Ive seen isnt that common??) just because of all the things she stands for and the immense depth of her character. ]

And her I thought my eyes told me it said Oz/Illyria... I really need to get new glasses.

Oh, and some people say I´m a tease but I think they´re wrong big time. 😀

Well it appears so, I'd recommend Specsavers 😉

Thought I write something to try and dissuade this idea of climbing being too extreme since its soemthing I think everyone should try.

Btw, I should probably say before I put everyone off climbing that their are some very safe forms of climbing. Like climbing indoors is rediculously safe and 'sport' climbing uses bolts drilled into the rock (poor rock!) which makes it very safe. Climbing is one of those sports thats becoming more and more popular and more importantly accessible (not sure if thats a good thing overall). It takes very little kit to go climbing in these styles so its a great sport for cheap people like me 🙂

Of course if you do have an adventurous side to you the type of climbing I do is called trad climbing (terrible name) which involves carrying crap loads of gear and placing protection as you go in case you fall. If you do fall, you fall twice the distance from your last bit of gear and hope thats high enough off the ground. I realize im boring most people with this but my point is that its still 'safe' provided you can find gear/trust gear/ not fall when there isnt gear. A lot of climbs in the UK are bold with very little gear but there are safe climbs as well

Then theirs soloing which is of course dangerous but you tend to solo climbs that you know you can do and are within your limit and so its more about self control and confidence, a much bigger mental game (as is trad climbing since you havnt got bolt sitting next to your hip in case you fall)

Heres a trad route, you'll be able to see the gear about half way down the rope, if he falls, youll just scrape the floor but probably be ok.
