Hi !! my name is Sean, I joined this board partly due to a assignment I have for Cult Media, looking at the ways in which audiences interact with cult media texts. As I am also fanatic about Buffy, I thought what better chance than to join a forum. I was just wondering, if you don't mind, whether you'd be able to answer two quick questions for me to help with my work.
1. How often do you visit this site and partake in discussions?
2. How often do you watch Buffy?
I may have to reference your usernames in my work so I guess if you don't want me to then just say. Thank you so much in advance! Hope your week is going well, Sean.
 
Hi Sean, and welcome to BB. 🙂

1. I come on BB everyday, and I stay and participate in discussions for four to ten hours. This is usually right after school, so I'm on here from three to ten on weekdays and the entire day on weekends.

2. I watch Buffy every night, usually for one to four hours.

Hey Sean! Welcome to BB! That's very cool 🙂 Here are my answers,

1. How often do you visit this site and partake in discussions?
I visit one time a day, for around half an hour. I'm normally involved in a big discussion every couple weeks because I tend to stay in the smaller parts of the board, like the houses, to chat. In there, there are discussions every day, but not normally about the show!

2. How often do you watch Buffy?
Buffy is on everyday at 6 on the Muchmusic channel in Canada, so right now I'm watching it everyday. When it was not on everyday, I'd watch a block of episodes around once every two weeks.

The days I don't get to the site is incredibly rare but how often I partake in discussions vary. Not a very good answer I know. But a few days a week I guess is average. That's not counting the off topic discussions in the dorm.

I usually do a rewatch of both Buffy and Angel at the same time with an average of a year apart but sometimes I throw in an episode now and again. But now it's more than 6 months since I last watched an episode.

1. I come on BB everyday and just search in the new threads to see what new views people have, or if there's any news regarding the cast or the show etc. If i get involved in discussions i am sometimes on the site for a few hours but usually i'll check the site at least twice a day and just read through and make points when i have something to say.

2. At the moment i'am watching Buffy every day. I've just got addicted again recently and in a phase where i'll watch scenes from certain episodes on my computer and then watch full episodes on television when they on on a day by day basis.

I watch Buffy probably once a week, unless I get in the mood to do a rewatch (which I try to do at least once a year).

- I come here everyday and keep log on every hour. Overall, it's about 4-5 hours a day. And I'll join the discussion threads only if I like the episodes. Other than that, I'm always on the game threads and in the dorm. 😀

- 3 times a week I guess. I just watch random episodes.

It depends how much time I have, but I watch it at least once a week.

1) I visit here every other day.

2) I watch an episode of Buffy most days. Sometimes I'll work my through a season, other times I might pull a specific episode. I might be in the mood to lose myself in the carefree, high school whimsy of early seasons or feel the need to explore the darker complexity of later seasons depending on how my day has been. =)

I check the site everyday unless i'm unable to get on my pc. As for discussions, I usually prefer to read, but i'll post my opinion here and then.

I don't know if you were just asking for Buffy or both shows. But anyway, I usually watch Buff from s1 to s7, then do the same for Angel. I'll take a break of a few months usually, and whenever I feel the tingle to watch the story again, i'll just start over haha 😛

I visit the site once daily, mainly to check in on my house/private messages etc. I contribute to discussions when they interest me or I feel I have something to say, so that could be anything from five or six a day to one in a month. Sorry I can't give you a better time frame.

2. How often do you watch Buffy?
I'll probably pop the odd episode on now-and-then, roughly once a month? I prefer Angel to Buffy and probably watch that more, to be honest. As for doing a full re-watch of every single episode, that's generally once a year (from starting BTVS S1 to going through BTVS and Angel and then starting again), however, I have only been a BTVS fan for a year so that's a pretty rough estimation (I have been an Angel fan for 3 years though).

I used to watch an episode every day, but now I haven't seen it for a while. I think I'm going to pick it up again and maybe start from s1 again.

I watch Buffy maybe 3 times a week because I love watching episodes over and because it's one of my favorite shows!

Depends. I re-watch the entire series every year. Also, I watch episodes here and there if I need to look up a reference or just for fun.

I probably watch all 7 seasons of BtVS (& all 5 seasons of AtS) in order at least once a year, there's probably not a week goes by though that I don't watch a couple of episodes of each.
