Hi guys,

I'm a fairly recent Buffy convert. I'd been meaning to watch the show on DVD for the past two years or so, and what finally got me moving on it was hearing about the Buffy movie those network people are planning on doing. It sounded like sacrilege. So, despite the fact that University exams were starting in a few weeks, in mid-November I sat my ass down and marathoned the entire series. Best television decision EVER. This show, as you all clearly know, is the epitome of awesome. I'm working through Angel now, having seen the crossover episodes while watching Buffy. I'm watching it in a really wonky order though. I watched all of season 5 first (I'm obsessed with Spike. Don't judge me), then season 2 for the Darla plot arc, and now I'm midway through season 3. After I finish season 4 I plan to go back and actually, you know, watch the first season. There is method to my madness.

I'm studying Radio & Television arts at University, so I love that I can always call watching massive amounts of fantastic television homework. I want to write t.v. one day, so the least i can do is have a thorough background knowledge of what came before.

So, in conclusion, hi! I'm really excited to get my nerd on with you guys over Joss Whedon's brainchild(ren).
 
Well hello there. Welcome to the boards. Wonky way of watching Angel for sure but as long as it works for you. 😉 Looking forward to seeing you around sharing your thoughts. And I'm sure not many people will judge you for your Spike obsession even if not everyone think he's the greatest thing ever.
 
Welcome to the boards. 😀 I'm sure you'll settle into a geeky home quite quickly. 🙂 I watched both Buffy and Angel in odd orders, so there is no judging of any kind. 😛 Plus, Spike is awesome.

I watched Buffy and Angel in a slightly jumbled order as well but it's all cool.

I don't what it is with me and the blonde villains, but yes, huge Dr. Horrible fan. I've actually been thinking of doing an analysis of foreshadowing in Dr. Horrible and how he got his happy ending after all, but I haven't had the time.

It's my initials, actually, but that sounds much cooler so sure, it's absolutely and has always been meant to represent, "s'il vous plait" 🙂
