Recently rewatched Buffy for the first time since I was a kid, and the fandom is pulling me in! I'm up to season 2 of Angel, which I've never watched before, but since I'm watching that with the BF I can't burn through it the way I did with Buffy. And I've just finished S9 comics, but I haven't allowed myself to read the A&F comics yet until I've watched the series. I also haven't read many of the backstory comics or comics relating to other characters, so I read them in all the wrong order, so I'm doing that now! Hoping for much fun Buffy discussion 😀

Also what did you think of the comics, I haven't kept up with them, but I'm always curious to hear people's opinion. Also once you finish Angel, the After the Fall comic is probably the best I've read, I strongly recommend it.
 
Hmm fun questions 🙂

My favourite characters from Buffy, that's hard when they're all so awesome, probably Willow. I like Willow to the end of the season and into the comic books even when everyone was saying she was arrogant and that they didn't like her anymore. I have a lot of love for Spike and Xander (not together though aha).

And in Angel at the moment it's hands down Cordelia.

I love the comics! I didn't at first, because I've never been a comic book reader so I had to get used to much shorter stories and much less socio-emotional information (I think that's the right way to describe it?) like much less dialogue between characters, less facial expressions. It was also hard to tell which character was supposed to be who as every artist draws them differently, but yeah by the end of S9 I'm definitely in love.

Now who are *your* favourite characters from Buffy and Angel?

Great picks,i love Willow and Cordy 🙂. My favorites from Buffy are Tara and Spike,and from Angel are Wesley and Angel.
 
I think it just refers to how many posts you've done or "slayage". Mine was townie about a month ago before I became overly obsessed 😀
