Historical figures as Slayers?

Okay, I just re-examined these dates, and I'm very confuzzled.

The Trojan War was ca 1194-1184 BC. Homer lived in the 8th Century BC, and if the story takes place 10 years after the war, wouldn't that make it ca 1174 BC? Because I'm really interested with an idea about Camilla (which I didn't PM you, I just thought of it).

Don't try too hard to put an exact time on a myth. I think as long as you are in the ballpark, you will be fine...pick a year, or group of years in the area, and go with it! Camilla...she was in the Aeneid, right? What about Dido in Carthage?

I was checking out Dido, as well as Zenobia, who was one of her and Cleopatra's descendants.

Hmmm any new females that would be slayer potential? I been thinking but, got nothing as of right now.

I can think of one, but I can't remember her name. She was this girl from India who became a bandit. You were hearing a lot about her a few years ago. They made a movie about her.
