Hey, just thought I'd post this here to get some views on it 😀. Basically I'm currently making a sims show called "Hogwarts: The Later Years". Here's a description for it:
"Set years after the end of Deathly Hallows; Hogwart: The later years picks off where the tale left off. The wizarding world has become a harmonious place since Voldemort's defeat; the world has become a more of a free place to live as there is nothing to disrupt it any more. However, after Harry Potter himself passes away halfway through a Hogwarts' Autumn Term, the Wizarding world is thrown into complete panic. The question on everyone's minds? "What will happen now the chosen one has died". Still a teacher at Hogwarts; Neville Longbottom begins to worry that there is a new evil ready to take over Hogwarts. In a small town in the middle of the United Kingdom; a young girl, Chloe Atkins, finds herself receiving a letter of acceptance to Hogwarts halfway through her muggle school term. Why has she been chosen? What awaits for her in the wizarding world? And can the teachers protect Hogwarts before Chloe's arrival - or will the wizarding world become a place of evil once again?"
Characters:
Chloe Atkins:
14 year old who attends a Muggle High school. She has always dreamed of a better life for herself. When she is called to attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry she can hardly believe her luck - but what Chloe doesn't realise is the responsibilities that come attached with her attendance.
Brendon Clease:
A Pure Blood who has had magic running through his family since he can remember. He thrives on being the best at everything, whether it be magic, quidditch or sport.
Jasmine Carpenter:
Despite looking like the stereotypical clever girl, Jasmine is far from it. She's failing in most of her classes and lacks intelligence. That being said, she is incredibly loyal to her friends and family.
Sarah McClain:
Pure Blood who is a member of the Slytherin house. The girl lives by the old rules that "Pure Bloods" are far better than Muggle Borns.
Michael Jenson:
Like Sarah, he's a member of Slytherin and agrees that muggle borns are scum - however he finds himself falling in love with Chloe, which is entirely off limits, for any Slytherin to fall in love with a Gyfiindor would be like betraying their family and friends..
Returning Characters:
Neville Longbottom:
He assists Chloe and tutors her throughout the year - mostly a way to keep an eye on her following the death of the former "chosen one". Neville has more of an advantage over the other teachers because of his knowledge of the previous wars.
There will be more - but it's still being written 🙂. One character I wanted to add was Minerva McGonagall but I think she'd be long gone at the time of the series start. I have voice actors for the roles too, well I have a few, but that's a different story 🙂.
I'll post the first episode when it's up; I just wanted to know what you guys thought of it 🙂.
