I just found out Charisma is 41 years old holy crap! She was 26 years old when she filmed the unaired pilot episode.

wow she looks amazing for her age, Mercedes McNab was 16, Sarah was 18 and Charisma was 26 when they filmed the unaired pilot

I know, I couldn't believe it either. All throughout until probably Angel S4 she looks just amazing. And I didn't know that Mercedes McNab was so young at the start of Buffy either. I wouldn't have guessed 16
 
Yeah, I thought that was crazy too when I first looked her up! She pulled off being a teenager really well.

She and Robia LaMorte are only a year apart in age, yet they played such completely different character ages on the show! I always found that cool/funny.
 
She looks really amazing, period. I think she did the No on Prop 8 photoshoot a few years ago with like, zero makeup and hairstyling and she still looked incredible.

Charisma has always been beautiful. Age is just a number. Or? In a month she'll be 42.

Just curious. Do you keep track on the age of the others as well?

David was born 1969. Hence he was 27 in the first season. Now 43.
James was born 1962 and 36 when he showed up. Will soon be 50.
Anthony was 43 the first season. Now 58.

How do you think they look for their age?

"Old" people playing teens doesn't surprise me. The fact you mentioned I've always found more interesting.
