Because i want to set up a homework type club thing where people can help each other with homework, i dont mean do it for them just help each other e.g. telling them what sites to go on or answering questions because if your like me then you'll find these subjects hard.

ok i'll start i need to do an essay on the strengths and limitations on the medical/biological model in psychology, i need t find the strenghts, limitations and ethical prooblems of it but i cant find them anywhere on the net can you help?

Also does anyone know where i can get or even if there is one available a revision guide for all the subjects mentioned above which is similar to the CPG ones sold for aqa gcses?

If you need help with any of your homework feel free to ask, i did really well st gcse:
here are my results if you dont bellieve me,
Maths (I)- B
Statistics (F)- C
English language (H)- A
English literature (H)- B
Seperate sciences: Physics (H)- C
Chemistry (F)- C
Biology (H)- B
Histoy option B (H)- A
Religious studies (H)- A*
ICT (H)- A*
Woodwork/resistant materials (F)- C
French (F)- D

As you can see you probably shouldn't ask me french related questions because i'm rubbish at it lol, but if you need help i'm willing to help and im sure other people are too, thanks for listening and if you canhelp me please do!!! lol

I don't do my homwork, and to show you, here are my current grades:

English: B
Math: C
Social Studies: C
Reading: A
Science: D

My teachers, except my health sub, likes me. And I am going really bad in some classes*cough*science*cough*

I think a homework club would be kinda cool, but I'd ask for the answers and not figure them out with help.

I'd be happy to help out with what I can. It sounds like fun. (And if anyone wants to write an Aristotle paper for me...j/k)

I'd post my grades, but *sings* My school doesn't have them
Okay, they do, but only because grad schools require them. They don't tell us or anything.

Could you guys please help me on my book report?I read Harry Potter 2, for my book report, but I have trouble with some questions.

1.What is the climax of Harry Potter and The Philosipher's Stone?

2.What is the theme of the story?

3.Harry-Personality Traits, facts, & physical appearance.
Hermione-Personality Traits, facts, & physical appearance.
Ron-Personality Traits, facts, & physical appearance.

Could please help me guys?I'd really appreciate it if you could help!🙂

Unfortunately I've never read any of the Harry Potter books but I think Pointy has. You should ask him.

I'm at University doing Sociology and Psychology so if anyone has any questions about either I'll do my best to help... and someone could maybe help me out too when I need it. 😉

Good thread, helping and stuff. I need much help but don't think I can ask you to help me with any of the things I need to do right now. And I can't halp you either.. I have read the Harry Potter books but I hate analyzing books (after rules anyway, I love analyzing them in my own ways).. so I'm not good at it.

Eh, we don't have grades in my school.. I mena I will get grades in the end of next semester but.. you won't understand them cause it's not the same system..

1. A climax is usually nearish to the end, when everything that the book has been working up to comes to a head. You might want to think about what part of the story seems to be the most 'charged' both emotionally and physically. (Maybe something under the school...)

2. What sort of characteristics are shown as helpful and good? (looks? bravery? cunning? friendship? family?)

3. Personality Traits: How does each character act when under pressure? How does he/she treat his/her friends? Does he/she break rules or follow them?
Facts: What things do we know about this character? (family, personal history, aspirations, etc.)
Physical Appearance: the best place to look for physical descriptions is when the characters are first introduced: Harry at the beginning of Chapter 2, Ron and Hermione on the train.

Sorry if I'm being really vague, but i don't want to do it all for you...

Eset is right but fore more marks on 2 you could also say what characteristics are seens as bad, e.g. being EVIL!!!, sneaky, manipulative etc.

I need some help with Reading. If anyone has Read Maniac Magee, that would help. I am reading Maniac Magee, and we are supposed to write stuff about chapters 32-34, and I have been assigned to find out how the book connects to me, other stories, and the world. But I can't seem to figure out how to connect somthing to the world. It makes no sense at all.

OMG I LOVED that book!! I even memorized the whole prologue!! (Yes, i am a dork, thank you for asking...)

Leaving behind the obvious racial tension stuff, what does it say about the way a child sees the world versus an adult or, perhaps more importantly, how an outsider can see things that in insider can't?
As for thiose particualr chapters, I don't have the ENTIRE book memorized. What happened in them?

I just wanna say thank you to everyone who was able to help out.Right now I gotta check it out. Thanks, alot!

Well, The old man had died and "Maniac" was sad, and when he got around to telling someone the people who were burying him, were acting like jerks, so he ran away. He couldn't find anywhere to go, but he found 2 boys(Russell and Piper) and they were running away, so he talked them out of it by buying them a pizza, and then they took "Maniac" back to thier "house" after their older brother came.

(I am good at summarizing, aren't I) And that is all that happened in those chapters. I memorized the poem in the begining. (it's not as bad as me being able to recit more then half of the charmed episodes, and some by memory)

Can anyone help me, im meant to be writing an essay on phenomalism, the question is something like assess phenominalism, but i dont even know what it is because i was off the last day off college abut she'd already given the homework and i need to do really well so i can go on this sociology/psychology/law trip thats going to prepare me for uni, in the lakedistrict ad i really want to go so i really need your help, also if anyone needs help on GCSE coursework, i still have all mine on computer so i can help you, but not to cheat!!! lol

Well, I guess it doesn't hurt to ask, though I don't think it's very likely.. Has anyone read Faust? Or if anyone knows a lot about Goethe (though I think I know almost everything I need to know about him)..

The major themes there seem to be Jeffrey's feelings, which are disregarded by the gravediggers, and the fact that even people who like him (piper and his brother) seem only to do so because he's famous. I'm not sure how that might tie into you, but it seems that Piper and Russel's reactions to maniac can be related to our celebrity culture, where it doesn't seem to matter wht you do, so long as you're famous. You might connect it to Cole Porter's Anything Goes, or any story that involves celebrity culture.

I don't know much, but I do know that Fust sells his soul to the devil near the beginning.
