I don't think she looks any thinner than usual. I agree - the dress just makes her look thinner because it's so baggy.

O...k I was expecting to see a shocking photo of Sarah looking painfully thin Amy Winehouse style from when she was doing drugs. Sarah looks perfectly fine to me, its that dress it doesn't do anything for her. Its hiding her breasts as she doesn't have a bra on so its bound to make her look thinner when she actually isn't.
