Hospitals?

Okay, I searched, and did not find any thread on this. Alright, we all know that Buffy and the gang have been brought into the hospital time and time again for various things. But, what I'm wondering is what do they tell the doctors when they bring them in? Like when Buffy was bitten by the vampire, (can't remember the episode name) and when Faith was in the hospital at the same time. When they bought Buffy in, I doubt that they said she was bitten by a vampire. I'm just kind of curious as to what they tell the doctors, what are your guy's thoughts on this?

I looked at the episode where Angel runs in with Buffy to a hospital after he bit her, and there he says that something bit her, pretending not to know himself.. I guess that could be what they did, pretending to be as ignorant as the rest of the Sunnydaliens.

I think they were generally blaming those darn fluffy angry puppies 😉 But in say Faith's instance, maybe blame it on a car wreck ...or perhaps the truck she fell into, the driver thought it was all caused by the fall...she impaled herself on something sharp and fell off the balcony.

The entire town (police, teachers, residents etc.) seem pretty good at just ignoring the obvious for the most part, so it would stand to reason the hospital staff tended to not ask too many questions either.
